Jarod is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Hey Rafi, an AI technology company which transforms how real estate investors manage sales rooms and processes. Founded in 2025, the company develops software that automates outreach, follow-up and qualification processes, allowing investors to scale their operations with greater efficiency and consistency.
Under Jarod’s leadership, Hey Rafi has gained early attraction from real estate investment firms and continues to grow its footprint as demand for AI-powered sales infrastructure grows.
Prior to founding Hey Rafi, Jarod has served as National Sales Director at Enterprise Holdings, where he managed high-value client relationships and led strategic sales initiatives across major accounts, such as Penske, Volvo, JLR, Goodyear and Sedgwick.
During his career, he has contributed to obtaining over $500m in new business, reflecting his expertise in enterprise sales and long-cycle deal execution.
Further to his work in technology, Jarod is the Managing Partner at Rise Home Buyers LLC – a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and repositioning residential properties. He oversees strategic direction, operations and growth initiatives, contributing to the firm’s evolution toward a more institutional investment platform.
Earlier in his career, Jarod advanced through multiple leadership roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, including Area Manager and Branch Manager, after beginning as an intern. His progression in the organisation was attributable to his consistent performance, leadership development and recognition for sales and operational excellence.
Jarod’s entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by both successes and early challenges. He previously Co-founded Brandywine Barter, an experience he credits with strengthening his resilience and informing his approach to building and scaling companies.
