Bisly has appointed Salim Seremba as its new Country Manager for the UK & Ireland as the Estonian smart building automation company accelerates its European growth strategy.
Salim, who holds a BA Honours degree in International Business, brings extensive experience in driving market expansion across international PropTech and building technology sectors. Most recently, he led the growth of the residential market for a Belgian PropTech scale-up, working with developers, architects and smart building consultants.

In his new role, Salim plans to build a strong partner ecosystem of developers, contractors, consultants and integrators. His short-term priorities include identifying high-potential opportunities and securing early flagship projects to demonstrate Bisly’s value, while longer-term efforts will focus on positioning the company as a leading alternative to legacy building automation systems.

The appointment comes as Bisly expands its footprint beyond its stronghold in the Baltics, where its AI-powered automation platform is already deployed in the majority of new residential apartments sold in Estonia. The company is also investing in new operations in Germany and Poland to meet growing demand for scalable, cost-effective building automation systems.
