CBRE India launches AI platform

CBRE unveils India’s first AI-native workflow platform purpose-built for institutional-grade real estate investment.

CBRE India launches their Investment IQ Pro at the CII BFSI Summit 2026 in Mumbai, where CBRE served as the Knowledge Partner.

The platform signifies a major technological jump from the firm’s previous monitoring tools. By replacing antiquated, email-heavy coordination with an intelligent, automated ecosystem, the platform aims to fundamentally change how capital is managed in the sector.

The new platform has a ‘Four-Way Integrated Visibility’ model which connects developers, consultants, lenders, and trustees within a single, real-time dashboard.

“Investment IQ Pro represents the next phase of our digital transformation journey in real estate advisory. While the first iteration addressed visibility and monitoring, this platform goes a step further by fundamentally re-engineering how investment workflows operate.

“By embedding AI-led automation and creating a unified ecosystem for all stakeholders, we are enabling faster, more transparent and data-driven decision-making. This will not only enhance operational efficiency but also unlock greater value for developers, lenders and investors across the region.”

Anshuman Magazine, Chairman & CEO for India, South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE

Adopting a centralised approach addresses long-standing structural inefficiencies such as reporting lags and manual invoice reviews.

By utilising advanced OCR technology and intelligent automation, Investment IQ Pro can reduce approval turnaround times for NOCs and invoices from weeks to mere minutes. This development significantly will improve project cashflows and reducing capital drag for institutional stakeholders.

“Investment IQ Pro addresses some of the most persistent structural inefficiencies in real estate investment like fragmented approvals, limited real-time visibility, and compliance gaps that institutional capital can no longer afford to overlook.

“By reducing turnaround times, embedding regulatory compliance by design, and converting pooled project data into sharper underwriting intelligence, the platform sets a new benchmark for how this industry operates.

“Our ambition is to make Investment IQ Pro the dominant operating standard for real estate investment management in India over the next two years, and this launch marks the decisive step toward that goal.”

Rami Kaushal, Managing Director, Consulting & Valuation Services, India, Middle East & Africa, CBRE

Investment IQ Pro will be designed with emphasis on rigorous regulatory standards – the platform aligns with RBI compliance requirements and SOC-1 standards. It features immutable audit trails and a multi-layer approval system which provides the security and transparency desired by lenders under strict scrutiny.

This robust governance framework enables organisations to automate project spend verification and activate error detection while keeping alignment with internal risk structures.
